  Hello Lovelies!
I am back with an actual makeup look as well today. I have been feeling like crap for a week since I (and my two younger kids) came down with the flu and I haven't worn a stitch of makeup for a week. Today was the first day that I didn't feel like a zombie extra in the Walking Dead I wanted to put on some makeup and this is the result.

Done with
Darling Girl Cosmetics Elven Magic, Sunset Strip (applied with DG Glitter Glue), Jeweled Taupe, Anam Cara and Painted World (applied the the waterline).

Born Pretty Store lashes Criss Cross Mink Lashes ‪#‎D‬-5 (use code KLH10 for a discount and free shipping!)

I hope that you enjoyed this look and until next time lovelies!

Mani Monday Catch Me If You Can Super Star!

*Purchased*
Hello Lovelies,

It has been one hell of a Monday and I do apologize for this being a late Mani Monday Post. Two of my three little Dreadfuls are sick. One with the flu and one with an upper respiratory infection so that means I have had no sleep and I am paying for my pediatricians power bill this month.

Yup, this is what I look like right now...

And I just want to scream this to the universe cause I feel like crap...(which I hope that I am just tired and NOT getting sick..)

Universe take note, I am trying hard today not to be a homicidal maniac. Cut a girl some slack..

But on a brighter not I do have some really pretty nails for you...

I used the following this for this mani:
Opi Natural Strengthening Base Coat
Vapid Lacquer's Catch Me If You Can
Pure Ice SuperStar (stamped)
Born Pretty Stamping Plate BP 17  (use code KLH10 for 10% off your purchase)
Vapid Lacquer's Get Your Shine On! Quick Drying Top Coat

Sadly, today is gray and dreary so I couldn't catch the awesome holo effect. But TRUST me, it is pretty damn epic when the sun hits it. You and purchase this amazing polish and my go to fast drying top coat here (cause there is NO shrinking like some other top coats). You can also follow Vapid Lacquer on Facebook, her Facebook Fangroup and follow her on IG. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of Monday and be sure to follow me on IG as well!

Mani Monday :Featuring Vapid Lacquer Rapid Cycling and Hypo- Manic

*Purchased*
Hello Lovelies!
Welcome back to another Mani Monday installment and this is my 100th post for my blog! Wow! I can't imagine that I would post up to 100 times much less 10 when I first started blogging. So thanks for sticking with me through my ramblings and really horrible photo quality in the beginning. But enough emotional goo, let's get down to business! Mani Monday with Vapid Lacquer! The Mani of the day is actually two polishes Rapid Cycling and HypoManic. Rapid Cycling is the black polish that shift from purple to blue and sometimes even green in the right light. HypoManic is a lovely rose gold color. Sadly, it seems that both of these gorgeous polishes are discontinued. However both HypoManic and Rapid Cycling are both being reformulated and showing up as a kick ass member of the Cosmos collection which LOOKS INCREDIBLE--Seriously....

I love VL polishes for not only the color pay off but the formula as well. They aren't thick and gooey nor are they thin and runny. They are just right. But don't take my word at it, just take a look for yourself.
Behold awesome polish and my patchy backyard!

Forgive my shrinking top coat. =/ I am in search of a new one.
I am really proud of this current mani. I actually looks like a 6 year old painted it instead of a 2 year old on a sugar high. Since this is usually what happens....

Well, I hope that you enjoyed this Mani Monday (and 100th post). Be sure to check out Vapid Lacquer especially since she was awesome enough to include a coupon code for 20% off your purchase with the code DREAFUL it is good until the 3rd of July. You can also follow her on Facebook and join the Vapid Lacquer Group which you get sneak peeks of new collections coming out (like the Cosmos Collection and her NEW THERMAL holos that she has out which I NEED to get!) So until next time lovelies!

Born Pretty Store Reviews and Makeup Tutorial!

Hello Lovelies!
I am finally back and I am trying to go ahead and start back with writing in this blog on a regular basis as well as uploading videos to my Youtube Channel on a regular basis as well. I figured that I would go ahead and kick this off with not one, not two but three small mini reviews for items that I received from the Born Pretty Store. I picked out three different items to review for you this month from the Born Pretty Store and let's go ahead and get started!

First off I chose this nice 16 Color Shimmer Eyeshadow Palette in order to see just how vibrant the colors were. Needless to say I was impressed (as you can see from the swatches with no primer in the review video.

I also did a Spring Look tutorial with this palette with hopes that Spring would soon be here since the weather has been so horrible lately.

I used these lovely pink brushes in order to do the look. I was impressed with the quality of the brushes since not only did they hold up (and not shed) to repeated use but also washes as well. They were both soft yet firm and made from synthetic fibers (yay vegan brushes!).

Finally to round out my order I had to pick this awesome Punk Spike Leather Multi-Use Head Band since  I have been dying to get one for myself . This was also amazing since it held up to a lot of wear and tear with me using it and my daughter deciding that she was going to use it while it was still on my head.

Overall I have to say that my experience with the Born Pretty Store and their products has been simply amazing and I just had to share it with all of you. They were also kind enough to give me a discount code to share with my subscribers so go and order some really lovely products from the Born Pretty Store and use the discount code KLH10 in order to get 10% off your order!

So stay tuned for more reviews and tutorials and until next time lovelies...

In the Pursuit of Fabulous- Glitter Brow tutorial featuring Lit Cosmetics Glitter and Kawayii lenses from Uniqso.

Hello again lovelies!
It is August and the weather is finally pretty here with less than two weeks until school starts for two of my little Dreadfuls. I am feeling much better (still not 100%) but I think that this stomach bug is finally on the way out. So I was able to edit another video from the vault and upload it today. Originally I was going to upload a circle lens review on some gorgeous pink lenses but the video was so shaky that I couldn't do it. If it made me want to throw up editing, I know that it will make people sick watching it so it looks like I am doing a new review of those lenses tonight with possibly a tutorial. So instead of the circle lens review I did upload my requested glitter brow tutorial.

I didn't speed the time up since I was actually talking in this tutorial so I do have to apologize for the time. However if you are interested in the products used in this tutorial, here is the list

Lit Cosmetics glitter "Trend" in S3 and glitter adhesive

Kawayii (EOS) Super Big Eye lenses in Purple and Green from Uniqso.
Be sure to use the code "ddivine10" to get 10% off your order.

I hope that you all enjoy this tutorial and quick blog update. Until next time lovelies!

Gentle Tardis Tutorial Featuring Geek Chic Cosmetics and Max Sherbert Lenses from Kiwiberry-1

Hello lovelies!
I am back after a little bit of a rough month. As some of you may know that I recently lost everything on my computer including pictures, swatches, tutorials that I had in the works. Not to mention all the personal photos of the Dreadful family. So in all honesty, I was really bummed about it so it took me some time to get motivated again to redo EVERYTHING. But things weren't going to get done on their own and I needed to stop moping about it. So I am back with a new tutorial done slide show style on YouTube. This is the last slide show style tutorial I am doing and the newest one which I just got finished filming is all live. O.O So as soon as this tutorial is done I am going to work on editing the newest tutorial and the finishing the review for the Geek Chic Cosmetics which were the featured brand for this tutorial. So on with the tutorial..

Here is the complete list of products I used with links to the actual items...

In the Pursuit of Fabulous-Review of EOS WM-205 Max Sherbet Lenses in Blue

Hello lovelies!

I am back again with another contact lens review as we all know that I love contacts. I think that they open up endless makeup look possibilities so naturally a girl can never have too many. This time I am reviewing EOS WM-205 Max Sherbet lenses in Blue from Kiwiberry-1 Collection. One of my favorite combinations for makeup or looks in general is dark hair with blue eyes. It just screams exotic and alluring to me. I love it so much that it is no surprise that Mr. Dreadful has this hair and eye color combination. ^_~ So needless to say that I was super thrilled to receive these gorgeous lenses. But now on to what you are really waiting for pictures and the actual review!

Max Sherbet Blue- Isn't it a gorgeous color? *

This lens looks amazing with both dramatic and neutral looks!*

Now on with the actual review..

Enlargement - 9 out of 10  bats
These lenses are listed as 14.8 mm with the enlargement but they seem to much larger to me. I would have guessed that these were at least 15 mm if not 15.5 since they really do enlarge the eye. They do give you the nice dolly eye effect without being too overly dramatic or making you look almost alien like.

Color and Design -9 out of  10 bats
I love the dark blue color of these lenses. While these lenses are more dramatic than some of my other lenses they still stay in the natural looking realm. The color is extremely vibrant. These look incredible close up both inside and out on my dark brown eyes. These lenses are great for not only everyday wear but also for special occasions and cosplay. However since this is a darker blue color they not a real noticeable dramatic blue from a distance since my eyes are also dark. But I am sure that this would look INCREDIBLE on someone with lighter eyes.

Comfort-  9 out of 10  bats

These lenses like the rest of my EOS are EXTREMELY comfortable. They "settle" immediately and don't do the awkward float around your eye trick after you put them in. When mysterious floating contact happens is always happens to me in one eye when I am in a hurry to get ready to go somewhere. I haven't had an issue with these lenses and I can wear them for at least 8 hours with no issue. If you are planning on wearing them longer than that keep eye drops handy.

Overall- 9 out of 10 bats

These lenses were amazing all around. While the manufacturer states that they are smaller than 15mm, I think that they are at least that if not a little bigger from the enlargement that they do. They give you a nice dolly eye effect without being too dramatic. The dark blue color of these lenses is simply stunning. I can't stop looking at my eyes in the mirror. The color is nice balance of vibrant and natural which makes it perfect for everyday and special occasions. Finally these lenses are extremely comfortable since I can wear them for at least 8 hours with no issue at all.

Now if you want to get a pair of these lenses or any lens from Kiwiberry-1 click on the icon located in my sidebar and it will take you right there. Use the code dreadfullydivine to get 15% off your order!
