What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Naturalico Vitamin C Serum

*Press*

   Hello Lovelies,

I am back with another review yet again. I took my three to the eye doctor this morning and my day has been shot since. With all three of my little Dreadfuls home there is no makeup time and I am seriously eyeballing the booze and counting down the hours until bed time. But this is the last and final review of the day. I am reviewing Naturalico's Vitamin C Serum. I am still new to all of the serums and I am learning a little more each time.
Vitamin C Serums are all the craze lately and when I was offered to do a review of one I jumped at the opportunity. It comes in a glass vial with an eyedropper to help distribute the serum which is clear and not overly thick like some serums I have tried. The serum has a lite scent which fades quickly and isn't oily. It absorbs into the skin rather quickly making is easy to apply moisturizer on after and your makeup. Since there is no oily residue there is no issue with feeling greasy for the rest of the day nor do you have to worry about issues with your makeup. I use this as part of my daily routine applying it after using toner when I get out of the shower and then I apply moisturizer after it has been absorbed. After using this for a couple of weeks, I have noticed an improvement in my complexion as well as my skin feels softer and smoother . After using this serum and seeing the results the Vitamin C Serum will stay part of my skincare routine  and I will buy a bottle after this one is done.

If you would like to pick up your own bottler of Naturalico's Vitamin C Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is $85.00 however it is currently on sale for $18.88. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful and until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review and Giveaway of VV Inn Book 1: Vampire Vacation

*Press*

   Hello Lovelies,
I am back with a review of  Vampire Vacation: VV Inn Book 1 by CJ Ellison. I am an avid reader and usually a traditionalist when it comes to books so I was a little hesitant when I was approached to do a review of another ebook. However, since I usually read Urban Fantasy I figured that I would give it a go. Now, I will state that this is an ADULT Urban Fantasy so you probably don't want your 13 year old reading this book since there are a number of erotic sex scenes which are well written however not for the young or those who don't like detailed scenes. The story is set in an inn north of the Arctic Circle which is both remote and an ideal getaway for the vampire guests that stay there. The main character, Vivian is a sensuous vampire who is much older than she lets on, stumbles upon a dead body while making the last minute rounds of the inn before a new batch of guests arrive. She and her bonded mate, a human named Rafe, have to deal with not only trying to figure out who the murderer is but also how to deal with new guest that are arriving at any minute.
The relationship between both Vivian and Rafe is nice combination of  bold and sexy as well as playful and sweet. Vivian is dipping with sensuality and received a great number of advances she always reminds those that she is happily married. The mystery only gets deeper when one of the guest wishes to join Vivian's family in more permanent fashion and Vivian must also use her gift of thought projection and reading the thoughts of others to figure out not only who murderer is but as well as facing a portion of her past.
The mystery had several twists and turns through out and didn't disappoint me. I enjoyed the read as well as I really liked the character development and the relationships between the characters had with one another. However, I did find that there was portions of the story which lacked some detail and others that had too much. It is a hard things to balance between the two especially with a this being the writer's first novel. I am looking forward to what CJ Ellison has in store for both Rafe and Vivian in the next book!

This cover is taken from Amazon since this is an Ebook and I can't take a photo of the cover with my phone.
You can pick up Vampire Vacation by CJ Ellisson on Amazon for $11.99 however it is currently on sale for .99 cents! Guess what lovelies? Are you interested in reading this as well? Well I am giving away a copy of this so just follow the directions on the Rafflecopter widget below!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Body Merry's Age Defense Eye Cream, Cellulite Defense Cream and Hyaluronic Acid Serum

*Press*

     Hello Lovelies!
I am back with a huge review of three different products from a company called Body Merry. I was first approached to review their' Age Defense Eye Cream which I jumped at the chance since I am always looking for new eye creams to fight the hands of time. However after talking with them they also gave me the additional opportunity to review two more products, their Cellulite Defense Cream and the Hyalurnoic Acid Serum as well. So let's get started!

First is the Age Defense Eye Cream. As most of you may know,  I'm an makeup promoter and a mother of three. So I don't get much sleep at times and my eyes are often puffy and I am often sporting dark circles. With eye makeup closeups I also see to see all of the fine lines that are also starting to develop. So I am obsessed with trying out new eye products. The product is nice and thick and creamy. It applies easily, absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy residue so there is no issue with trying to apply eye makeup. It has a nice light herbal scent which is neither heavy or overbearing for those who are sensitive to scents. My skin feels both smoother and tighter and the fine lines around my eyes are not as noticeable and my dark circles have all but disappeared.  You can pick this product up on Amazon for $69.95 however it is currently on sale for $16.99.

Now on to the Cellulite Defense Cream!
Like most women, I have cellulite and it isn't a  pretty thing even though I have changed my diet and I am working out. So when I was given the opportunity to review this I was really interested since I really want my legs to look better. I will admit that when I opened the container I was a little taken by surprise since I was expecting a white cream. The product is a thick toffee colored gel however it does apply like a cream. It absorbs rather quickly and doesn't leave a nasty or sticky residue. It has a minty scent which is noticeable however not overpowering and dissipates quickly. When it is applied there is a warm tingly sensation to the area it is applied to and it lasts for about 30 minutes. While it isn't unpleasant, I wasn't expecting it when I first applied the cream and was a little surprised when it started happening.  I have applied this twice a day both in the morning and in the evening and I have noticed a considerable difference in my legs. The cellulite isn't as nearly defined as it used to be so I am thrilled. You can also pick this product up on Amazon for $39.95 however it is on sale for $17.99.

Finally last but not least the Hyaluronic Acid Serum.  The product comes in a blue glass jar with an eye dropper to dispense the serum. The serum itself is clear, thick and almost gel like in quality. The serum is almost too thick for the dropper since I usually resort to dipping the dropper into the bottle in order to get just the right amount of product. While, I do think that a pump would be a better delivery of the serum that is the only aspect I would change about this product. The serum is not heavy, applies evenly and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky or oily residue afterwards. My skin feels tighter, softer and smoother after using this product and doesn't clog my pore like some of the heavier based products I have tried. It, like the other two Body Merry products, is available on Amazon for $39.99 but is currently on sale for $14.99.

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Bri Nutrition Spirulina Extra Strength

*Press*

Hello Lovelies,
I am back again this time I am reviewing  Bri Nutrition Spirulina Extra Strength Dietary Supplements. I have been trying various supplements this year in attempt to take batter care of myself and be healthier. So when I was offered to review Spirulina was a little excited. So when the bottle arrived at my house, I skipped the the mail box with glee.  My poor mail man must think I have some horrible shopping addiction since I constantly have packages arriving to review. However I will admit that I was SUPRISED and kinda taken back with the Spirulina pills because they are green. EMERALD GREEN powder in a capsule waiting for me to try out. Mr Dreadful pointed out what did I expect that Spirulina is made from blue green algae. -_-
I took two in the morning with a large glass of water and two in the evening right before I went to bed. The capsules are vegetable capsules which is a great thing for vegetarians and there is no strange after taste like some of the other supplements I have tried. The capsules are the same size as an Advil LiquidGel so there is no monster pill to try to choke down when taking this supplement. After about a week, I noticed that I wasn't as tired and had more energy throughout the day. I also noticed something else, I wasn't loosing as much hair as I normally do. Normally, it appears that I loose a LOT of hair while it is really noticeable since it is long and black, there is a LOT of it. I shed like a sick pony. However after taking this I noticed that I was shedding a lot less. And I even noticed that my cramps were not as intense as they usually were while taking this which is a BIG plus.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Spirulina you can do so on the Bri Nutrition page. They are currently sold out however I will update this post when they are back in stock with the price.  You get a total of 120 capsules which is a month's supply. I hope that you have enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful and until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Adeline's Anti-Aging Moisturizer with Matrixyl

*Press*

Hello Lovlies,

.I am back again with another review. This time I am reviewing Adeline's Anti-Aging Moisturizer with Matrixyl. I have been obsessed with skincare since I was younger, so needless to say I have tried a LOT of moisturizers. The older I have gotten my skin has changed and has gone from the oily utopia in my teens to the strange combination skin that I have now. I have noticed that in winter time my combination skin becomes drier and drinks up moisturizers more. So when I was approached to try this new moisturizer out for a review I jumped at the opportunity. The bottle is sleek and doesn't take up too much counter space which is a nice bonus however it is the product that is inside that bottle that impressed me.
I have been applying this product twice a day both in the morning before I apply my makeup and in the evening. A little goes a long way I only have to use one pump in order to cover my face and my neck which drinks up moisturizers at this time of the year. There is a faint scent of mint which isn't too strong or overbearing to those with sensitive noses. When you first apply it there is a slight tingly sensation that quickly dissipates. It feels both nice and refreshing. The cream is a nice and thick however it isn't oily and absorbs quickly without any reside left over. I can apply makeup after the moisturizer is absorbed and there is no issue with my makeup lasting throughout the day. My skin feels tighter and I have even received compliments from my mother who asked what I was using since my skin looked really good. I am super pleased with this product.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Adeline's Anti-Aging Moisturizer with Matrixyl it is available on Amazon. It is $59.95 however, it is currently on sale for $35.25. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful! Until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of BellaFab Matryixl 3000 Serum

*Press*

     Hello Lovelies!
This is the last and final review of the day since my children are not getting restless on this holiday and my uninterrupted computer time is at an end. But I wanted to sneak in one more review, this time I am reviewing BellaFab Matrixyl 3000 Serum.   Normally, when I think of serums I think of liquids. However, this one surprised me since it has a lovely creamy texture. Honestly, I think of it as an amazing moisturizer rather than a serum. The first thing that I noticed with this product was the faint hint of peppermint. I love the smell of peppermint and I was really happy to receive a skincare product that smells like it. I tested it on my hand first to test for any allergic reactions and I didn't have any issues. It goes on smooth and evenly and it absorbs really quickly. I didn't have an issue with it leaving me with a greasy feeling after so I didn't have an issue with applying makeup on after the serum was absorbed. A little goes a long way so I didn't need a lot to cover my face and neck. As I mentioned earlier there is a faint hint of peppermint so it isn't overpowering and fades quickly. My skin looks and feels healthier and I have been even using some on the back of my hands to help fight the age spots that are trying to develop. After using this product I have noticed that my skin and neck feel tighter and smoother and the age spots on my hands are lightening. I really love this product and I look forward to seeing the results when I am finished with the bottle.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of BellaFab Matrixyl 3000 Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is currently unavailable, I can only assume is that they are restocking it so I will update this post when it is available again with the price.

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Bellafab Skincare Professional Anti-Aging Serum

*Press*

    Hello Lovelies!
I am doing another review today since I wasn't able to post some this weekend and my little Dreadfuls are actually entertaining one another without fighting so this is a perfect chance to catch up on my beauty reviews. I am reviewing the BellaFab Skincare Professional Anti-Aging Serum today.
I will admit that I am relatively new consumer when it comes to skincare serums. However it is never to early or to late to start taking care of your skin. I had read some excellent reviews on the benefits of Vitamin C Serums and I was happy to test this product out. I had read that are not only great with fight the fine lines and wrinkles but is also helps correct the fine line and wrinkles that you all ready have as well as help reduce the look of age spots. I applied it once daily, first thing in the morning after applying toner and before applying my moisturizer. I had read that sometimes Vitamin C causes dry skin however I didn't have an issue with it and my combination skin. It absorbs quickly and it doesn't leave me with a greasy/oily feeling afterwards and I have no issues with applying makeup afterwards. I was really pleased with the product and my skin looks more radiant and youthful. The only thing that prevented me from giving this a five star review quiet frankly was the smell. It has a greasy pepperoni smell which was a big turn off especially being a vegetarian.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Bellafab Skincare Professional Anti-Aging Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is $59.99 but is currently on sale for $14.97. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful and until next time lovelies!
