What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of LiveWire Beauty's Professional Eyelash Curler.

**Press**

      Hello again lovelies,
I am back with my third and final review of the day before I crawl back into my bed and attempt to hibernate. For list last and final review of the day, I am reviewing LiveWire Beauty's Professional Eyelash Curler.  I will admit that I am a falsie girl. I have horribly straight short lashes that refuse to keep a curl and apparently my eye is larger so that the outer lashes never really fit in curlers.I was also super skeptical about the aspect of never having to replace a pad again. So I wanted to try this out. I will say that I am super surprised and pleased with this curler! It arrived quickly in an attractive box. The curler itself is sleek and stylish black and silver so I can easily use it on clients without them focusing on the a bright handle. I found the finger grips comfortable however I wished they were a little bit larger to for my thumb. This may be a little snug for someone with larger hands/fingers. The curler curled all of my lashes, which I was really impressed with , easily with no pinching. The curling movement was smooth and easy without any jarring or jerking. The pad itself is comfortable and didn't pull at my lashes when I was done curling. When I am done curling my lashes I wipe the curler down with alcohol to keep it clean. I haven't seen any issues with the pad breaking down with use as others do. It may take a long while if any more me to see the difference in the curling pad so it may last forever with proper cleaning.

If you would like to pick up your own LiveWire Beauty's Professional Eyelash Curler you can do so on Amazon. It is $27.99 however it is currently on sale for $14.99. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Adeline Organic Eye Serum

**Press**

     Hello Lovelies,
I am back again today with another skincare review. Today I am reviewing Adeline's Organic Eye Serum. I am always looking for the newest and the best eye serum around I have spent more money that I would like to think about. However, I am super pleased with this eye serum. It arrived quickly and comes in an attract clear and silver plastic bottle with a pump applicator. I personally prefer plastic bottles since I don't have to worry about it accidentally falling over and breaking. The serum itself is clear and has a gel like consistency. It has a faint cucumber scent that isn't too strong or overpowering and disappears quickly. The serum glides on smoothly and has a cool refreshing feeling when applied. It also absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a sticky or oily residue after so I can apply my eye makeup without having to wait forever. I soon learned that one full pump is more than enough to cover both eyes so I have only been using a half a pump. I have been applying it both in the morning before I apply my makeup and at night after I have washed my face. I have noticed a considerable difference in my dark circles and even the fine lines around my eyes.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Adeline's Organic Eye Serum you can do so on Amazon.  It is $59.95 however it is currently on sale for $35.25. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Majestic Pure's Rosehip Oil

**Press**

      Hello Lovelies,
I am back and I am still sick. I swear this winter is out to get me. However I wanted to bring you another review while I am laid up with the plague and the oh so attractive red stuffy nose. But I wanted to share a review about Majestic Pure's Rosehip Oil. I have just recently started using essential oils in my beauty care and I was really surprised how many uses Rosehip oil has. It arrived quickly in a huge amber glass bottle with a glass eye dropper. While the name Rosehip oil did make me think that it would smell like roses. This is a warning it does not have any floral smell whatsoever. It is very earthy scent so it may not be pleasing to some people. However you can add a couple of drops of lavender essential oil to change the smell. I didn't have an issue with the smell so it didn't bother me. I used a couple of drops in my hand and worked it into my hair after a shower to give my hair some extra shine. I even used it on my daughter's hair which is naturally wavy to help tame the frizz. We did test patch on our skin before applying in large amounts in case any of us had an allergic reaction when we didn't we tried everything with it! My husband has horribly dry skin and often gets dry patches, so he has been using it on those patches to give them the extra moisture that they need. He applies it directly to the area after a bath and works it in for his best results. It also makes a great nail and cuticle oil in this horrible winter.  I even used it as a moisturizer and my skin looks amazing. This is now a staple in our household and we will be ordering more when we start to run out.

If you would like to get your own bottle of Majestic Pure's Rosehip Oil, you can pick your own bottle up on Amazon.  It is $44.95 however it is currently on sale for $21.50. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Writing Fight Scenes (Writer's Craft Book 1) by Rayne Hall

**Press**

   Hello Lovelies!
Thanks to the current drunken binge that Mother Nature has been on in the state for Florida, I am sick again. Which is horribly annoying since I have tickets this weekend to attend Pensacon. So I am doping myself up to the gills with over the counter cold medicines, vitamin c and some soup in order to feel better before tomorrow. However, I am back again with a review of Writing Fight Scenes (Writer's Craft Book 1) Ebook by Rayne Hall.I am a fledgling writer and I am trying to learn how to constantly improve my work. While I am an avid reader, I thought that it would be fairly easy to sit down and write a fight scene in one of my current projects. I thought that since I read a lot and there are fight scenes there that I would be able to do something decent. But I found it rather difficult when writing the fight scene so I needed some help with that. While I own several writers books on voice, characterization, plot and even how to write science fiction they didn't go into depth on how to actually help work out a fight scene.  The author gives excellent advice on how to build suspense which is critical to a fight scene in my opinion and what common mistakes to avoid. She also gives advice to writers who aren't versed in the specific details of a weapon, which I am not,  on why it may or may not be a good fit for your character. I especially like the fact that she also touched upon the Fight or Flight chemical response and even tension that happens between the characters when in a combat scene. I was surprised to see the YouTube references in the book. While excellent to help visualize I would like to have had more written examples. However, I was really pleased to see that there was a portion dealing with pacing and dialogue which I thought was helpful. Overall, I found that this book was extremely helpful with teaching me how to write better fight scenes and I would definitely suggest it to the beginning writer as a valuable tool.

If you would like to pick up your own copy of Writing Fight Scenes (Writer's Craft Book 1) Ebook by Rayne Hall you can do so on Amazon. It is $9.98 however it is currently on sale for $ .99. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Day By Day Beauty Luxury Blotting Papers

** Press**

    Hello Lovelies!

I am still feeling a little under the weather and the last minute touches of my 10 year old's science fair project need to be done but I am back again with a quick review before I disappear into the chaos of illness and science projects. Today I am reviewing Day By Day Luxury Blotting Papers. I love wearing makeup however since I live in humid Florida there are times when my face gets shiny. I have tired various tips and tricks on how to keep my makeup fresh however nothing really worked. My skin would get shiny and if I touched my face my makeup would wear off or smear off and if I applied powder on top of the shiny areas it would just settle into my pores and look like a mess. So I was eager to try the blotting papers to see if they really worked. These little papers are wonderful! I was concerned that the blotting paper would rub off my makeup when I used them. However they didn't , they absorbed the oil and took the shine away from my face so that I can apply my powder without it settling into my pores. They also work wonders when blotting lipstick so it really a great product to carry with you at all times.  I was really pleased that it came with two packs that I can keep one in my purse for quick touch ups and then I can keep the other in my makeup kit.  I have a wedding that I am doing makeup for in September and these are definitely going to be on hand for the bridal party.

If you would like to pick up your own set of Day By Day Beauty's Luxury Blotting Papers you can do so on Amazon. They are $20.95 however they are currently on sale for $8.97. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Petunia Skincare's Professional 12 Set Makeup Brush Kit With Travel Pouch

**Press**

   Hello Lovelies!
Happy Sunday! I hope that everyone is having a good weekend. Sadly, not only do I have a stomach bug that hit this morning but I am also helping my 10 year old with his Science Fair Project. So no makeup looks for me. But I wanted to take a quick break and do a review for Petunia Skincare's Professional 12 Set Makeup Brush Kit with Travel Pouch.  I am a makeup addict and I can never have too many brushes so I was looking for a travel kit to be able to take with me that I can use on trips but also convenient enough to use in my everyday makeup routine. The Petunia Skincare brushes arrived quickly in a large black box. When I opened up the box there is a vinyl black brush roll with fake alligator or crocodile patterns on the actual roll. It did have a packaging smell due to being inside the box however letting the roll sit out for a day or two let's it air out and the smell dissipates. Also inside box is a pamphlet which lists all the brushes and their uses which makes it perfect for someone who is just started getting into makeup. There were also several brush guards for the brushes so that the bristles can retain their shape after being washed which I thought was  fantastic since most of the time they are sold separately. The brushes themselves are soft but also firm enough to give you good control of your makeup application however delicate enough not to irritate the sensitive skin of the eye. I have not had any issues with shedding from these brushes and I have washed and used them several times and they are still as soft as the first time I used them.  I washed them with a brush shampoo and rinsed them until the suds were gone. then I allowed them to air dry on a clean towel overnight. And since these are my personal brushes I was them once a week. Since this is a travel set of brushes they are not full size however they are slightly bigger than my MAC travel size brushes. The only thing that I wished was different was that I wish that it came with another brush instead of a sponge applicator since I never use them. However that is the only things I would change. I really love this set and I think that it is not only perfect for someone who is just starting to get into makeup but also perfect for the full blown makeup addict.

If you would like to pick up your own set of Petunia Skincare's Professional 12 Set Makeup Brush Kit With Travel Pouch you can do so on Amazon. It is $89.99 however it is currently on sale for $37.77. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Azure Natural's Ultimate Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Serum and GIVEAWAY!

**Press**

     Hello Lovelies,
I am back again with another skincare review. Today I am reviewing Azure Natural's Ultimate Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Serum . Ever since I tried Azure Naturals moisturizers I have been hooked, so when I had the opportunity to try out their Retinol Serum I was super excited.  The serum arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged in an amber glass bottle with a pump on top.  Most of the other retinol serums I have tried have the eye dropper which is fine however I do find the pump quicker and more convenient. The serum itself is clear and has a watery gel like consistency with no smell. It  goes on easily and has a nice cooling sensation.  It also dries quickly and doesn't leave a sticky or greasy feeling afterwards.   Two pumps is more than enough for me to cover my face, neck and the backs of my hands. I use this product at night right before I got to bed.  I wash my face, then apply toner, then this retinol serum and then finally finish up with a moisturizer. My face feels super refreshed after using this. I have noticed a big difference in the way that my skin feels after using this, Not only does it feel more refreshed I also noticed that it is much more hydrated since I don't have to use nearly as much moisturizer as I did before. This is gentle on my skin, I have had no irritations or break outs from it and I have even started to notice that my skin tone is evening out and feels firmer! I am super pleased with this product.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Azure Natural's Ultimate Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is $97.95 however it is currently on sale for $19.95. Wanna a chance to win your own? Then enter the giveaway below!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of MatchaDNA Certified Organic Matcha Tea, 3 oz.

**Press**

    Hello Lovelies!
I am back again with another review. Today I am reviewing MatchaDNA Certified Organic Matcha Tea, 3 oz. I am a tea junkie and I recently had the opportunity to try out matcha. I have never tried it before so I didn't know what to expect. The matcha arrived in a resealable bag with 34 individual packages. I love the fact that there are individual packets so that I don't have worry about getting out a measuring spoon when I want to make tea or a smoothie. I just open up a packet and poor it in and I am done. It is SO convenient and I love that. The matcha itself is extremely mild without any bitter after taste. We use it constantly in smoothies and I can't taste a thing. It does have caffeine however it doesn't make me jittery or wound up like a cup of coffee does. My husband is constantly taking individual packets to work so he can get his matcha fix during the day. I am officially an addict and I will be ordering more when we run out.

If you would like to try MatchaDNA Certified Organic Matcha Tea, 3 oz. you can pick up your own bag on Amazon. It is $19.21 for 3 oz. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful , so until next time lovelies!
