      I am back again with another review This time I am reviewing BRI Nutrition's Resveratrol Supplements. In attempt to get healthier, I am trying to take better care of myself which includes eating better, exercising and of course trying and taking supplements. I  was given the opportunity to review Resveratrol and I was eager to try this. I had read that Resveratrol was full of antioxidants which are super good for the skin and help with the dreaded aging factor and also helped with boosting the immune system which I desperately needed this winter season. I also found that it help curb my hunger which was an added bonus.  The capsules come in a large white plastic bottle with a total of 60 vegan capsules inside.  I took two capsules once a day, usually first thing in the morning, with a large glass of water.  There is no nasty after taste from the gel capsules and they are easy to swallow since they are only slightly larger than an Advil Gel Cap. After about a week to a week and a half I felt more energized. My appetite is smaller so I look forward to seeing the results at the end of the bottle.

    I am back again this time I am reviewing  Bri Nutrition Spirulina Extra Strength Dietary Supplements. I have been trying various supplements this year in attempt to take batter care of myself and be healthier. So when I was offered to review Spirulina was a little excited. So when the bottle arrived at my house, I skipped the the mail box with glee.  My poor mail man must think I have some horrible shopping addiction since I constantly have packages arriving to review. However I will admit that I was SUPRISED and kinda taken back with the Spirulina pills because they are green. EMERALD GREEN powder in a capsule waiting for me to try out. Mr Dreadful pointed out what did I expect that Spirulina is made from blue green algae. -_-
      I took two in the morning with a large glass of water and two in the evening right before I went to bed. The capsules are vegetable capsules which is a great thing for vegetarians and there is no strange after taste like some of the other supplements I have tried. The capsules are the same size as an Advil LiquidGel so there is no monster pill to try to choke down when taking this supplement. After about a week, I noticed that I wasn't as tired and had more energy throughout the day. I also noticed something else, I wasn't loosing as much hair as I normally do. Normally, it appears that I loose a LOT of hair while it is really noticeable since it is long and black, there is a LOT of it. I shed like a sick pony. However after taking this I noticed that I was shedding a lot less. And I even noticed that my cramps were not as intense as they usually were while taking this which is a BIG plus.

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Sonora Nutrition Forskolii Extract

   Hello Lovelies!

        I am back with another review, this time I am reviewing Sonora Nutrition Forskolii Extract. It is another herbal supplement which is supposed to help with weight loss. I working on getting back into shape with changing what I eat and exercising more but I wanted a supplement that would help curb my cravings as well as to kick start my metabolism so that my workouts would be more effective. 

This supplement does that and is relatively easy to take. You take two pills 30 minutes before a meal which I have found is extremely common with any supplement so that it gives it time to digest and curb that hunger. So I take it right when I start cooking and by the time I am done it is time to eat and the supplement has all ready started working. Because of it I eat less and I have more energy without any nasty side effects.There is no vitamin smell and the capsules are vegetarian. I am pleased with the results and I look forward to seeing what happens when I finish the bottle.
