     I am back again with another review. This time I am reviewing Infinite Joy Caffeine Free Weight Loss Tea . I am an avid tea drinker so when I had the opportunity to review this tea I was really excited. When I first opened up the bag is smelled incredibly like licorice. Which honestly was a concern for me since I HATE licorice. However I decided to give it a go. I followed the directions and allowed it to steep for 3- 5 minutes and then I added a small amount of raw sugar. I was really surprised when I took a sip due to the fact that I was expecting something that tasted like licorice but it didn't.  I drank it at around 10:30 in the morning so right in the middle between when I eat breakfast and when I eat lunch. I usually get hungry around this time and after drinking a cup, I found out that I wasn't hungry any more. I was perfectly fine until lunch time. As an added bonus, I wasn't hungry at lunch so I ate less. This is really helpful when I am feeling the desire to snack or pick at night when my husband and I finally settle down to watch some tv instead of eating something I make a cup of tea and I am set. I have also noticed that I have a lot more energy after about week of drinking this tea.

   Hello Lovelies,
      I am finally coming back to the land of the living since I slowly getting over having both the flu and a sinus infection at the same time. So needless to say, I was dying and an alien was trying to explode out of my head. But I am trying to get back into the swing of things, with doing reviews. I will be posting makeup looks this week as well since I am feeling better and I am not dying with the plague. I am super paranoid about contaminating my brushes so I don't do makeup at all when I am sick. But enough of my yammering, on with the review!

     Today I am doing a review of Xium's Pure Green Coffee Bean Extact. I have been working hard at being healthier with a change to my eating habits and working out more. I had read about the benefits of the green coffee bean extract and I wanted to try it out. I started taking the pills, 2 pills twice a day with a big glass of water. I took the pills 30 minutes before eating breakfast and dinner basically when I started cooking and by the time the food was ready my hunger was curbed. I was really pleased that the capsules were not only vegetarian but didn't have an after taste like some of the other vegetarian capsules I had tried. There was no jittery or shakiness even thought his is a coffee bean. I immediately noticed that I wasn't as hungry throughout the day and there was no desire for the late night snack when sitting down and watching tv at the end of the day. I also noticed that I had more energy to do things throughout the day. I look forward to seeing the results when I finish the bottle.

        I am back with another review, this time I am reviewing Sonora Nutrition Forskolii Extract. It is another herbal supplement which is supposed to help with weight loss. I working on getting back into shape with changing what I eat and exercising more but I wanted a supplement that would help curb my cravings as well as to kick start my metabolism so that my workouts would be more effective. 

This supplement does that and is relatively easy to take. You take two pills 30 minutes before a meal which I have found is extremely common with any supplement so that it gives it time to digest and curb that hunger. So I take it right when I start cooking and by the time I am done it is time to eat and the supplement has all ready started working. Because of it I eat less and I have more energy without any nasty side effects.There is no vitamin smell and the capsules are vegetarian. I am pleased with the results and I look forward to seeing what happens when I finish the bottle.

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of BioGanix 100% Pure Garcinia Cambogia Ultra 80% HCA

    I am back again with another review. I know two reviews in one day is almost unheard of! But anyways, I am doing a review today on BioGanix 100% Pure Garcinia Cambogia Ultra 80% HCA. Which is not only a hunger suppressant, it also helps increase your metabolism, loose excess weight and help improve mood, energy and even memory (which I need a lot of help with especially during this season).
   I have tried herbal hunger suppressants before and they usually take a couple of days before they kick in. However, I noticed and immediate difference in my hunger as soon as I started taking these. Yup, the first day. As per the directions on the bottle, I took two tablets 30 minutes to an hour before eating. I found that it was easiest to remind myself to take the pills by setting a timer and then start cooking. When going out to eat I would take them before we went to the restaurant so that it had enough time for the tablets to start kicking in.
   I found myself eating less and having more energy which is ALWAYS a bonus in this household. I was extremely skeptical about the helping the memory aspect of these pills however I was finding that I didn't have to write myself as many notes to remind myself to do things around the house, pick up things at the store, etc.
    The capsules are made from vegetable cellulose which is perfect for vegetarians and vegans since there is no yucky gelatin capsule. The capsules are larger than some of my other supplements that I take (see the photo down below when compared to an Advil Liquid Gel)  and there is a light after taste that I noticed when I first started taking them. However, after a couple of days I didn't notice the taste anymore. Overall I was very impressed with this product and I think that it will be an excellent addition to a healthy lifestyle/work our regiment.
