Hello Lovelies,
I am back with another review. This time I am reviewing La Lune Natural's Pure Konjac Cleansing Sponge. I am always looking for something new when it comes to skincare and when I had the opportunity to review the Konjac Sponge I was really eager to. I was really excited to learn that the Konjac sponge is all natural and derived from a plant, hence making it vegan and cruelty free. It is also supposed to help prevent blackheads and stop breakouts so I was really excited about that. The sponges, since there are two in a box, arrived quickly in an attractive cardboard box which is recyclable (another added bonus). Each sponge is packaged individually in its' own air tight sealed bag and a little suction cup with a hook is also included to make it easy to hang up and dry.The sponges themselves are HUGE. They are easily the size of my palm. I soaked the sponge until it became soft and then I gently messaged my face with it. You can use it with and without an face wash . It is gentle and cleans my skin thoroughly without any rough or harsh scrubbing nor did I have any redness afterwards. When I was done I rinsed the sponge and the pressed it between the palms of my hands twice to get the excess water out then I simply placed it on the hook to air dry when I was done. Since this is plant derived it does break down in about 2 months so with two sponges this will last awhile and it won't break the bank. After using this product my skin looks healthier and I have less blackheads and my acne has diminished, I am really pleased with this product.
If you would like to pick up your own set of La Lune Natural's Pure Konjac Cleansing Sponge you can do so on Amazon .It is $35.99 but is currently on sale for $ 12.99. However if your wallet is saying NO! You have the opportunity to win your own set here! Just enter below!

What's The Deal Dreadful? Review of Joyal Beauty's Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum
Hello Lovelies!
I am back with another skincare review. For the final review of the day, I am reviewing Joyal Beauty's Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum.I have tried several different hyaluronic serums out there and most of them have only 1% hyaluronic acid, so when I had the chance to try Joyal's serum with 3% I was eager to see the difference. The product arrived quickly and was in a nice amber colored glass bottle. The packaging was a little different that the other serums have I have tried since Joyal uses a pump rather than a dropper which I thought was a really nice since I have better control on how much serum I want. The serum itself is clear with a watery gel like consistency and it has no scent at all. It dries quickly and doesn't leave a sticky or oily residue afterwards. I have been using it twice a day (both in the morning at night) first washing my face, then applying toner and then this serum.I use only a pump or two to cover my face and neck and whatever is left I put on the back on my hands. My skin is more hydrated since I don't need nearly as much moisturizer after I apply the serum. My skin feels tighter and firmer and I have even noticed that my redness isn't as prevalent. I usually see results for most products within two and a half weeks, with this product I saw results in the first week which was pretty incredible.
If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Joyal Beauty's Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is $68.96 but is currently on sale for $16.96. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful and until next time lovelies!
What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Shine Whitening System
Hello Lovelies,
I am back again with another review. This time I am reviewing the Shine Whitening System. I have never tried a whitening system before since I am have always been skeptical and a little paranoid with some of the ingredients do to teeth. However years of drinking tea have taken a toll on my teeth and they are not a bright as they used to be. I have tried everything toothpaste, mouth wash and nothing seemed to touch the stains. So when I had the opportunity to review this product I figured I might as well try it since I have tried everything else and failed. The instructions were easy to understand and I was really happy that they gave product information and safety as well. The trays mold to your teeth so it makes it comfortable to use and I just leave it in for 15 minutes and I am done. There is an optional UV light for a brighter smile.I have noticed a difference about a week and a half into using it. I am REALLY impressed!
If you would like to pick up your own Shine Whitening System you can do so on Amazon for $35. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!
What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of La Lune Natural's Seaweed Powder and GIVEAWAY!
Hello Lovelies,
I am back with another skincare review. Today I am reviewing La Lune Natural's Seaweed Powder. I love skincare products and I am honestly a skincare junkie. I hadn't heard of using seaweed powder for skincare until I was given the opportunity to review. It arrived in a huge 8oz plastic tub filled to the brim with the seaweed powder and it also came with it's own scoop which was an added bonus for me since everything I needed was all ready there. There is an earthy smell to the powder to the product which may bother some hence I am guessing the reason why the company suggests different essential oils in the recipes they share to mask the smell. It didn't bother me when I used it for a mask, but I can see where it would bother others. The company also sent a 20 page ebook filled with recipes on how to use the seaweed powder which was a great help since I had never used it before. However the recipes all had additional ingredients most of which I had such as aloe vera gel ,honey, olive oil. The recipes also use a lot of essential oils which you can leave out and still use the rest of the ingredients. I have tried several of the mask recipes and my skin feels soft and silky afterwards. I haven't had a chance to try out the wraps due to time constraints with little ones however it is next on my list.
If you would like to pick up your own jar of La Lune Natural's Seaweed Powder you can do so on Amazon. It is $29.99 but is currently on sale for $14.99. Wanting your own jar of Seaweed powder but money is tight? Then enter in my contest below to try to win your own!

Mani Monday... The Darkest Kiss always requires a Thank You..
*Gift, Purchased, Affiliate Link*
Hello Lovelies,
I am back with another Mani Monday post after forever. During the holidays, quite honestly EVERYTHING was crazy. Then after the holidays not only did my kids get the flu but they also shared that horrible plague with me as well. So needless to say that my nails were horribly neglected and quite frankly they looked like shit. I know I should hang my head in shame over that fact but I just recently started doing my nails again which is horribly sad and I wanted to get back into the swing of posting manis and beauty posts since I have been doing nothing but reviews. So this is the first of many new Mani Monday posts and if you follow me on Instagram you would have actually seen my poor attempt to film trying to capture the holo. However I did manage to capture hints of it here and there on film.
I used the following polishes for this mani
Opi Base Coat
Gothic Gala Lacquer Darkest Kiss
Pure Ice Superstar (for stamping on the thumb and the ring finger)
Born Pretty Store Stamping Plate BP-12 (use discount code KLH10 to save some money)
Gothic Gala Lacquer Thank You Flake Top Coat
Vapid Lacquer's Fast Drying Top Coat.
I hope that you enjoyed this Mani Monday installment and until next time lovelies!
What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Majestic Pure's Lemon Essential Oil
Hello Lovelies,
I am back with the final review of the day. The last review of the day goes to Majestic Pure's Lemon Essential Oil. I am relatively new to using essential oils however in an attempt to be more green around my house we have started making our own green cleaners and lemon oil is a perfect addition to our cleaners. It arrived quickly without any issues. It comes in a HUGE amber colored 4oz bottle with a long glass dropper do that you can easily determine how much oil you want to use. You can add it to a bucket of bleach water in order to cut out the bleach smell and to make things smell fresh and clean. I also add a couple of drops to a jar of vinegar with our homemade dryer sheets to give our clothes a fresh and clean smell. I am also trying the oil cleanse method where I add a couple of drops of it to coconut oil as well as some other oils to help clean my face and I have noticed a decrease in my adult acne. I followed a reviewer's suggestion and added a couple of drops to the bathroom mat in my kids' bathroom to keep it smelling fresh and it worked wonders! This really is an amazing multipurpose oil! I keep finding more uses for it every day!
If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Majestic Pure Lemon Essential Oil you can do so on Amazon. It is $39.95 however it is currently on sale for $14.50. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!
What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Skinology's 20% Vitamin C Facial Serum
Hello Lovelies,
I am back with another review. Today I am also reviewing Skinology's 20% Vitamin C Facial Serum.Since I am no longer in my 20s my skin isn't what is used to be. I am now expanding my skin care regiment in order to be kinder to my skin than I was in my 20s. Vitamin C Serum is currently the big thing that I see everywhere since Vitamin C is supposed to be so good for your skin due to boost collagen production and help with reducing the aging process of wrinkles, age spots, and fine lines. It is even supposed to help with adult acne and redness which I have suddenly seemed to inherit out of nowhere. The serum arrived quickly and is in a amber colored glass vial with a eye dropper to make it easier for you to use the serum. The serum itself is slightly opaque with a watery like consistency. It has a faint smell, it isn't unpleasant nor is it flowery but there is a slight scent there that I can't place my finger on what it smells like. However the scent isn't overpowering and is disappears quickly after applying the serum. After washing my face and then applying toner, I use the dropper and place a couple of drops in my hand and then apply the serum to my face and neck and whatever I have left I apply on the back of my hands. The serum dries quickly and doesn't leave a sticky or greasy film after it dries so it was easy to apply moisturizer afterwards. I have noticed that skin on my face and neck feel tighter and more hydrated especially since I don't need to use as much moisturizer as I used to before using this serum. As an added bonus my skin isn't as red as it was before and my adult acne is almost non existent! I am very pleased with this product!
If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Skinology's 20% Vitamin C Facial Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is $44.99 but it is currently on sale for $18.95. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovlies!
