What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Oz Natural's Retinol Serum

**Press**

   Hello Lovelies,
I am back again with another review. Today I am reviewing Oz Natural's Retinol Serum. I am always looking for new serums to try in order to maintain a youthful look. As a mother of three, I will admit that my skin doesn't have the same luster as it did when I was younger. It is never to early or late to start taking care of your skin. The serum arrived quickly and was well packaged in an amber colored glass bottle with a pump applicator. The serum itself is a gel like consistency with a rather orange hue to it. Since most serums I have tried were colorless I was surprised to see the orange hue. However the coloring of the serum does not stain in the least. There was a slight tingling sensation when I applied it however it dissipates quickly. I have used this twice a day both in the morning and in the evening. I was my face, then I apply toner and then I apply the serum. The serum dries quickly without any sticky or greasy feeling afterwards. After the serum is dry then I apply my moisturizer. I have noticed improvement with both my uneven skin tone and a couple of dark spots that I have. My skin feels smoother and softer. I am super pleased with this product.
This is a stock photo since my camera is currently down.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Oz Natural's Retinol Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is currently sold out however keep checking back on Amazon to see if it is in stock. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Body Merry's Age Defense Neck Cream

**Press**

    Hello Lovelies,
I am back again with another skincare review. Today I am reviewing Body Merry's Age Defense Neck Cream. I have tried a lot of beauty products but I have never tried one that specifically targeted the neck area so I was eager to try this. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. The product is packaged in a large black plastic bottle with a pump applicator which makes for easy application. Like most pump applicators, you may have to pump it a couple of times the first time you use it in. The cream is thick and creamy with a white opaque color. It has a very subtle and light scent which sort of like a subtle cucumber which dissipates quickly after applying the cream so it isn't heavy or overpowering. The cream applies easily and two pumps gives me more than enough coverage on my neck and upper chest area. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy or oily feeling afterwards. I will admit that I didn't think that I needed a neck cream when I first got the product and I wanted to use it as a preventative, however after using it I have noticed that the skin around my neck and upper chest is much firmer , smoother and hydrated. I have been applying this cream twice a day , once in the morning before I apply my makeup and in the evening after I remove my makeup before I go to bed and I have really noticed a difference.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Body Merry's Age Defense Neck Cream you can do so on Amazon. It is $49.99 however it is currently on sale for $19.99. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Foxbrim's Organic Rose Hip Oil.

**Press**

    Hello Lovelies,
I am back with another skincare review today. Today I am reviewing Foxbrim's Organic Rose Hip Oil.  We have recently been trying various oils for different beauty remedies around the house. I had read that Rosehip oil had a lot of uses so we decided to give it a try. The product arrived quickly and well packaged. The oil is in a large amber colored glass bottle with a pump on the top instead of the traditional glass dropper. I really liked the pump since often at times droppers can be messy with just transferring the oil to your palm. With this, I had to do was place my hand underneath the pump and not worry about the mess. Now for anyone interested in trying rosehip oil, there is an earthy scent to the oil. It doesn't smell like roses like you would assume. While I didn't have a problem with the smell and it wasn't overbearing and dissipated quickly, there was a unique and earthy scent. I have used it as a hair moisturizer however like with all oils, a little goes a long way or else your clean and washed hair looks really greasy. I usually start with a half a pump and work from the tips of my hair up and leaving a little bit away from my roots. My hair looks shinier and healthier since I have started using it and it helps tame the frizz of my three year old's wavy hair. My husband has dry patches on his shin during the winter and he has been applying this regularly at night and there is a HUGE difference in his skin. I have also used it as a moisturizer at night and on my cuticles. My skin is much softer after using this for a couple of days. I am really impressed with all the uses and the results and we will continue to use this from now on!

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Foxbrim's Organic Rose Hip Oil you can do so on Amazon. It is $49.99 however it is currently on sale for $15.99. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until the next time!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Majestic Pure's Rosehip Oil

**Press**

      Hello Lovelies,
I am back and I am still sick. I swear this winter is out to get me. However I wanted to bring you another review while I am laid up with the plague and the oh so attractive red stuffy nose. But I wanted to share a review about Majestic Pure's Rosehip Oil. I have just recently started using essential oils in my beauty care and I was really surprised how many uses Rosehip oil has. It arrived quickly in a huge amber glass bottle with a glass eye dropper. While the name Rosehip oil did make me think that it would smell like roses. This is a warning it does not have any floral smell whatsoever. It is very earthy scent so it may not be pleasing to some people. However you can add a couple of drops of lavender essential oil to change the smell. I didn't have an issue with the smell so it didn't bother me. I used a couple of drops in my hand and worked it into my hair after a shower to give my hair some extra shine. I even used it on my daughter's hair which is naturally wavy to help tame the frizz. We did test patch on our skin before applying in large amounts in case any of us had an allergic reaction when we didn't we tried everything with it! My husband has horribly dry skin and often gets dry patches, so he has been using it on those patches to give them the extra moisture that they need. He applies it directly to the area after a bath and works it in for his best results. It also makes a great nail and cuticle oil in this horrible winter.  I even used it as a moisturizer and my skin looks amazing. This is now a staple in our household and we will be ordering more when we start to run out.

If you would like to get your own bottle of Majestic Pure's Rosehip Oil, you can pick your own bottle up on Amazon.  It is $44.95 however it is currently on sale for $21.50. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovelies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Azure Natural's Ultimate Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Serum and GIVEAWAY!

**Press**

     Hello Lovelies,
I am back again with another skincare review. Today I am reviewing Azure Natural's Ultimate Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Serum . Ever since I tried Azure Naturals moisturizers I have been hooked, so when I had the opportunity to try out their Retinol Serum I was super excited.  The serum arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged in an amber glass bottle with a pump on top.  Most of the other retinol serums I have tried have the eye dropper which is fine however I do find the pump quicker and more convenient. The serum itself is clear and has a watery gel like consistency with no smell. It  goes on easily and has a nice cooling sensation.  It also dries quickly and doesn't leave a sticky or greasy feeling afterwards.   Two pumps is more than enough for me to cover my face, neck and the backs of my hands. I use this product at night right before I got to bed.  I wash my face, then apply toner, then this retinol serum and then finally finish up with a moisturizer. My face feels super refreshed after using this. I have noticed a big difference in the way that my skin feels after using this, Not only does it feel more refreshed I also noticed that it is much more hydrated since I don't have to use nearly as much moisturizer as I did before. This is gentle on my skin, I have had no irritations or break outs from it and I have even started to notice that my skin tone is evening out and feels firmer! I am super pleased with this product.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Azure Natural's Ultimate Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is $97.95 however it is currently on sale for $19.95. Wanna a chance to win your own? Then enter the giveaway below!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of Skinology's 20% Vitamin C Facial Serum

**Press**

 Hello Lovelies,
I am back with another review. Today I am also reviewing Skinology's 20% Vitamin C Facial Serum.Since I am no longer in my 20s my skin isn't what is used to be. I am now expanding my skin care regiment in order to be kinder to my skin than I was in my 20s. Vitamin C Serum is currently the big thing that I see everywhere since Vitamin C is supposed to be so good for your skin due to boost collagen production and help with reducing the aging process of wrinkles, age spots, and fine lines. It is even supposed to help with adult acne and redness which I have suddenly seemed to inherit out of nowhere. The serum arrived quickly and is in a amber colored glass vial with a eye dropper to make it easier for you to use the serum. The serum itself is slightly opaque with a watery like consistency. It has a faint smell, it isn't unpleasant nor is it flowery but there is a slight scent there that I can't place my finger on what it smells like. However the scent isn't overpowering and is disappears quickly after applying the serum. After washing my face and then applying toner,  I use the dropper and place a couple of drops in my hand and then apply the serum to my face and neck and whatever I have left I apply on the back of my hands. The serum dries quickly and doesn't leave a sticky or greasy film after it dries so it was easy to apply moisturizer afterwards. I have noticed that skin on my face and neck feel tighter and more hydrated especially since I don't need to use as much moisturizer as I used to before using this serum. As an added bonus my skin isn't as red as it was before and my adult acne is almost non existent! I am very pleased with this product!

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of Skinology's 20% Vitamin C Facial Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is $44.99 but it is currently on sale for $18.95. I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful, until next time lovlies!

What's the Deal Dreadful? Review of BellaFab Matryixl 3000 Serum

*Press*

     Hello Lovelies!
This is the last and final review of the day since my children are not getting restless on this holiday and my uninterrupted computer time is at an end. But I wanted to sneak in one more review, this time I am reviewing BellaFab Matrixyl 3000 Serum.   Normally, when I think of serums I think of liquids. However, this one surprised me since it has a lovely creamy texture. Honestly, I think of it as an amazing moisturizer rather than a serum. The first thing that I noticed with this product was the faint hint of peppermint. I love the smell of peppermint and I was really happy to receive a skincare product that smells like it. I tested it on my hand first to test for any allergic reactions and I didn't have any issues. It goes on smooth and evenly and it absorbs really quickly. I didn't have an issue with it leaving me with a greasy feeling after so I didn't have an issue with applying makeup on after the serum was absorbed. A little goes a long way so I didn't need a lot to cover my face and neck. As I mentioned earlier there is a faint hint of peppermint so it isn't overpowering and fades quickly. My skin looks and feels healthier and I have been even using some on the back of my hands to help fight the age spots that are trying to develop. After using this product I have noticed that my skin and neck feel tighter and smoother and the age spots on my hands are lightening. I really love this product and I look forward to seeing the results when I am finished with the bottle.

If you would like to pick up your own bottle of BellaFab Matrixyl 3000 Serum you can do so on Amazon. It is currently unavailable, I can only assume is that they are restocking it so I will update this post when it is available again with the price.

What' s the Deal Dreadful? Review of Anavita Moisturizing Anti-Wrinkle Cream and Giveaway!

*Press*

Hello Lovelies!
I am back with another review. Today I am reviewing the Anavita Moisturizing Anti-Wrinkle Cream. I don't know about you but I am literally obsessed with keeping my skin moisturized and attempting to hold back the fine lines and wrinkles that we all get in time. I plan to fight age kicking and screaming while moisturizing the hell out of my face. So when I was approached to review this moisturizer I jumped at the chance.
When I first received this product it was smaller than I expected since I am used to the GIANT St. Ives Tub o' Moisturizer that I normally use. So I was thinking that it wouldn't even last a month. However I am pleased to report it has and I still have a good portion left over. Anavita's moisturizer is quite thick and creamy. I found that a little does go a long way unlike the thinner moisturizers which seems that you are scooping it out by the cup. Since it is on the heavier side it does take a while to fully absorb into the skin. So you can't moisturize and then immediately apply makeup. So I would suggest that when you do moisturize and want to apply makeup, apply it and then do some other things in order to allow it the full amount of time before applying your foundation (such as your hair, make some tea, pick out your outfit, plot world domination, etc).  The Anavita Moisturizing Anti-Wrinkle cream is made for all skin types which is excellent since my face often all three types (oily , dry and just right) all at the same time depending on the day. I found that it didn't cause me to break out, nor did it dry me out or make me look like I dipped my face in grease. The cream is also cruelty free which is a BIG deal in my book so no cute and fluffy bunnies were harmed in the making of this beauty product.  My skin does feel softer and smoother after using this product and my husband has even mentioned that my skin looked really nice. I look forward to seeing what my skin looks like after I am finished with the jar.

If you would like to pick up your own jar of Anavita Moisturizing Anti-Wrinkle Cream you can pick it up on Amazon for $77.95 but it is currently on sale for $34.77. While this may be a bit pricey for some of you, you can WIN your own jar of this moisturizer since I am giving one away! Just enter by doing the mandatory tasks on the Rafflecopter widget below! It starts tomorrow and ends on the 20th!  I hope that you enjoyed this installment of What's the Deal Dreadful? Until next time lovelies!

What's The Deal Dreadful? Review of Exfolimate

*Press*

   Hello Lovelies!
I am back again with another review today of one of the most interesting beauty products I have ever run across, the Exfolimate.  The Exfolimate is made in Australia and is an exfoliation device that comes in a set of 2. There is a larger one for the body and a smaller one which is one of the face. It is used for the exfoliation of dead skin, grime, oil and dirt from the body .
I won't lie, I was more than a little intimated when I was approached to do the review since the product does look like a plastic pie shaped sharp metal blade that is suggested for use on the face. However, when I received this and actually took the Exfolimates out of the packaging I was surprised at how sturdy they were made and the fact that the blades were thick metals with a smooth edge. There is no possibility of me accidentally dropping it while trying to exfoliate my legs and ending up with a giant battle wound. Cause if anyone could accidentally injure themselves with a something it would be me. But there is no danger of that to the less than graceful portion of the population that I am a member of.
I LOVE this for my face. I obviously wear makeup, and I am constantly looking for new ways to get all the dirt, grime and makeup out of my pores that can still hide after cleaning especially around the nooks and crannies on the side of your nose where things tend to try to deposit themselves. I spent probably 10 minutes in the shower in constantly awe of all the things that were showing up on the Exfolimate. (Yes, I am entertained easily at times). I also use the larger body sided Exfolimate for my legs right before I shave in order to help the "hairs" stand up more in order to get a smoother and closer shave.
Now you may be asking, Dreadful how exactly do you use it on your face? Well, what I do first is remove my makeup and then clean my face with a cleanser in the shower, After I rinse the cleanser off I then take the Exfolimate in an angle and with a gentle hand (cause while it may be dull you don't want to pull and tug on your face with anything) glide it across my skin. Then I rinse the product to remove any dead skin and continue from there. For my legs, I tend to wash my legs first with a loofah, rinse, then run the Exfolimate in the direction opposite of the hairs in order to make them stand up better. Then I apply shaving cream and then shave my legs. I have found that not only is my face clearer but my legs are smoother and softer.  When I am done, I hang the Exfolimates but the plastic cords that come with them and allow them to air dry overnight and they are ready to go the next day.
